You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use FORGE only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing.

FORGE is sold as a $200 one-time purchase that provides access to the FORGE product experience made available at the time of purchase, including onboarding, personalized planning, daily guidance, tracking tools, and related features.

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the service over time. Your purchase does not grant ownership of the software or a promise that every feature will remain unchanged forever.

All payments are processed by Stripe. By submitting payment information, you authorize the applicable charges for your purchase, including any taxes required by law.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

FORGE is not medical advice. Consult your doctor before starting any fitness or nutrition program.

FORGE provides general educational guidance related to fitness, nutrition, habits, and wellness. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, supervision, or emergency services, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.

You are responsible for deciding whether any workout, meal, or recommendation is appropriate for you. Stop immediately and seek professional care if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, injury, or other concerning symptoms.

You agree not to misuse FORGE. This includes, without limitation:

• using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
• attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• reverse engineering, scraping, copying at scale, or interfering with the product
• uploading malicious code, harmful content, or material that violates others’ rights
• sharing access in a way that undermines the intended single-customer product use

FORGE, including its software, design, branding, content, workflows, prompts, graphics, copy, and supporting materials, is owned by FORGE or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Your purchase gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use FORGE for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative commercial works from the service without permission.

You may stop using FORGE at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these terms, created risk to the service, failed to comply with applicable law, or engaged in abuse, fraud, or harmful conduct.

We may also remove or disable access to content or accounts when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or product integrity.

FORGE is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not guarantee specific health, weight-loss, body-composition, performance, or financial outcomes from using the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FORGE and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or health outcomes arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to FORGE will not exceed the amount you paid to FORGE for the product giving rise to the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree to first contact us at support@tryforge.fit so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that venue and jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version in the app or on the website and revise the last updated date. Continued use of FORGE after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
