Clear terms, so there’s no confusion about what you’re buying.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and using FORGE only through your own account.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and may not use FORGE for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.

FORGE is sold as a $200 one-time purchase. That purchase gives you access to the FORGE product experience, including onboarding, personalized planning, dashboard features, progress tracking, and related in-app tools made available at the time of purchase.

Applicable taxes, processor fees, or promotions may affect the final amount charged at checkout. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

You agree not to misuse FORGE, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, scrape content at scale, upload harmful material, or use the platform in a way that harms other users or our systems.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your conduct violates these terms or creates risk for FORGE or others.

FORGE provides educational fitness, nutrition, and habit-building guidance only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for advice from a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified healthcare professional.

You should consult a doctor before starting any diet, workout, or weight-loss program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, symptoms, or other health concerns.

FORGE, including its software, content, branding, design, text, graphics, workflows, and related materials, is owned by FORGE or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Your purchase gives you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service for your own personal, non-commercial use. It does not transfer ownership of the product or any underlying intellectual property.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, FORGE is provided on an as-is and as-available basis without guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every person or outcome.

FORGE and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or health outcomes arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to FORGE will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

You may stop using FORGE at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if necessary to protect the service, comply with legal obligations, investigate misuse, or enforce these terms.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including payment, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute-related provisions, will remain in effect.
