Your data should help your progress, not put you at risk.

This policy explains what FORGE collects, why we collect it, the services we use to run the app, and the choices you have over your information.

Information we collect

When you create an account or use FORGE, we may collect your name, email address, login credentials, body stats, fitness goals, workout preferences, food preferences, food logs, workout logs, progress photos, check-in notes, and other onboarding answers you provide.

We also collect payment-related records needed to confirm your purchase, but full payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly by FORGE.

How we use your information

We use your data to create personalized calorie targets, meal plans, workouts, progress tracking, check-ins, and coaching-style adjustments inside the app.

We also use information to maintain your account, process payments, improve product performance, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and communicate important service updates.

Third parties and processors

FORGE uses trusted service providers to operate core parts of the product:

  • Supabase for account data, application storage, and backend infrastructure
  • Stripe for secure payment processing and transaction records
  • OpenAI for food parsing and related AI-assisted product features

These providers only receive the information needed to perform their services for FORGE.

Cookies and similar technologies

FORGE may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember onboarding progress, measure product performance, and improve reliability across devices.

You can control certain browser-level cookie settings, but disabling them may affect core app functionality.

Retention, deletion, and your rights

We keep personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing support@tryforge.fit. Some transaction and compliance records may be retained where required by law.

If you are covered by applicable privacy laws, including the GDPR or CCPA, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to request limits on certain uses.

California and international privacy disclosures

California residents may request information about categories of personal data collected, disclosed, or sold. FORGE does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions may contact us to exercise GDPR-style rights, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable.
