A fair policy, with a clear line once your plan is delivered.

We want the purchase decision to feel safe, while also being clear about when personalized work has already been delivered.

14-day refund window before onboarding completion

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed onboarding and have not generated your personalized FORGE plan.

This gives you time to change your mind before FORGE creates your custom product experience.

No refund after plan generation

Once you complete onboarding and FORGE generates your personalized plan, the core product has been delivered. Because of that, purchases are non-refundable after plan generation.

This applies even if you decide not to continue using the app after your plan has been created.

How to request a refund

Email support@tryforge.fit from the email address associated with your purchase. Include your full name, purchase email, and a brief request for refund review.

Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank.

If we need more information to confirm eligibility, we may contact you before processing the request.
