Every FORGE purchase is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee starting from the date of purchase.
If you change your mind during that window, email us and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email support@tryforge.fit within 14 days of your purchase using the same email address associated with your order, or include enough information for us to locate the charge.
You do not need to provide a detailed explanation. A simple refund request is enough.
Refund processing time
Once approved, refunds are typically issued back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Bank and card-provider timing can vary slightly after that.
Conditions
This policy is limited to one refund per customer. We may deny refund requests that fall outside the 14-day window, show abuse of the policy, or involve repeated purchases and refund attempts from the same customer.
Except for the guarantee above or where required by law, purchases made outside the refund window are non-refundable.
